Robin Chalmers

Co-Owner & Event Coordinator

Robin is an experienced event planner with a calm, confident presence and a passion for bringing people together in meaningful ways. With a background in hospitality and a deep love for acts of service, she’s been creating unforgettable weddings and events since 2016 — always with heart, intention, and a touch of magic.

Her love for mission-driven work led her into the nonprofit world, where she planned impactful events at the Ronald McDonald House and now leads fundraising efforts as Director of Advancement at the Athenaeum Foundation. Whether she’s planning a joyful celebration or a cause-worthy fundraiser, Robin combines thoughtful organization with creative flair.

Outside of event day magic, Robin is most at home with a good book, live music, or relaxing with her husband Cody and their two cats, Jay and Lucy.

Driven, grounded, and endlessly kind, Robin is the go-to planner for events that feel personal, polished, and full of heart.

Bridget Huck

Co-Owner & Event Coordinator

Bridget has had a love for events since she was little. The excitement, the joy, and the chaos. You could always catch her looking out the window waiting for everyone to arrive at her birthday party!

In college, Bridget's love for working in nonprofits flourished. Her first experience working a fundraising event was for a local family foundation as an intern. She will never forget the heartwarming feeling of seeing those numbers climb - knowing that she played a role in making a difference in the community. 

From there, she continued to curate, plan, and coordinate events and openings at local art galleries and museums - not to mention her own wedding! Which happens to be where she met her future business partner, Robin. 

After seeing Robin coordinate her wedding, then her brother's, Bridget was eager to bring the same level of relief, happiness, and joy to others in her life through her skills of managing chaos and always getting it done.

In her day-to-day, Bridget is a fundraiser at United Way of Central Indiana. She works closely with corporate partners to plan campaigns, volunteer activities, and events to increase engagement.
